Q1: How do I purchase your goods?
Please send us an inquiry with the item numbers and quantity you need. Providing detailed information like item requirements and expected delivery timelines will help us provide a direct quotation faster.
Q2: How long is the lead time for production?
Usually, it takes around 40-55 days to finish production depending on the order quantity. If goods are needed urgently, we can expedite the process if the required materials are in stock.
Q3: How can I get a sample before ordering?
After confirming the model and design, samples can be sent via couriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Small items may be provided free of charge, while larger furniture items require a small fee. Courier freight is covered by the buyer and can be credited back upon placing an order.
Q4: What are the accepted payment methods?
For mass production, a 30% T/T deposit is required before production, with the 70% balance due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy. We also accept L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q5: Can I check the quality of goods before delivery?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory personally, send a representative, or appoint a third-party inspection company to verify the product quality before shipping.
Q6: Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM requests. We can customize products based on your specific confirmation and design requirements.
