Do you offer samples and what is the policy?
We can offer samples for a fee. If you place an order for a full container in the future, we will return the sample fee to you.
Do you offer customized product services?
Yes, customization is available. You can send your design pictures and detailed information to us, and we will work with our professional designers to create the product you want.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 5 sets.
What are your payment terms and warranty?
We require a 30% deposit for standard products and 50% for custom products, with the balance collected before shipment. We provide a 1-year warranty on the product and a 2-year warranty on the internal iron frame structure.
