Our team monitors the production process at every stage and our QC will inspect each purchase order thoroughly to maintain high standards.
How long does it take to finish an order?
Generally, the production lead time is 35-40 days.
Can I request a sample first?
We can offer a sample set for customers upon the opening of a formal order with our company to check product quality.
How are quality problems handled?
Please provide photos or videos of the issue. We will either send new products to replace the defective ones or deduct the charges from your next order.
Do you support OEM/ODM or brand building?
Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM projects. We are happy to help you build and establish a new brand in your local market with our designs or yours.
What are the payment terms?
Payment requires a 30% down payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due via T/T upon receipt of shipping document copies.
